Tracking your submissions on the Dashboard is free and does not use tokens.

Create an account, then add your first paper to the Dashboard — give it a title, target venue, and deadline, and attach the manuscript. From there you can open any AI tool on it or invite a co-author. New accounts start with 5 free tokens, so you can test the AI workflows right away (tracking papers on the Dashboard is always free).

Your profile includes saved Deep Review reports, War Room reports, revised drafts, token purchases, usage analytics, referral invitations, notification preferences, and public profile sharing tools.

War Room is the planning workspace. It combines review results with tasks like reviewer suggestions, keywords, abstracts, and venue targeting.

Deep Review is the 13-check manuscript audit. You can run it alone or use it inside War Room.

Yes. Use Journal Recommender for ranked matches, then validate journals, publishers, authors, and institutions in Academic Explorer before deciding where to submit.

Academic Explorer includes one interface for journals, authors, papers, publishers, institutions, plus an Academic Assistant.

Everyone can message teammates in built-in team chat, and the team dashboard shows member balances, papers, War Room sessions, and pending invitations — without mixing team resources with anyone's personal account.

Yes. From a Dashboard card you can open an attached Word document and edit it online with your co-authors in real time. Changes save back to the same file, so everyone always works from the latest version — no emailing drafts back and forth.

Yes. Deep Review reports are exportable as PDF, War Room reports can be saved/exported, and revised drafts can be saved and downloaded from your profile.

Yes. Deep Review and War Room support background processing with live progress tracking, stop controls for active runs, and completion emails when enabled.

No. ScholaRef helps you prepare before submission. Final decisions are still made by human editors and peer reviewers.

Tracking papers on the Dashboard, team workspaces, live document editing, Grammar Checker, and standard Explorer browsing do not consume tokens.

Billing uses one-time token packs (no subscription) through Stripe Checkout, with support for promotion codes. Purchase history, token balance, and billing records are available in your profile.

Yes. Each account can invite up to 10 people; when an invite is accepted, both users receive referral tokens. You can also manage detailed notification preferences and submit bug reports for token compensation when issues are validated.

Yes. Manuscripts are processed to run your requested analyses and are not used to train external public AI models. You can also permanently delete your account and related data from profile settings.
